what a day this boy is a missionary!
he was dropped off at the mtc at one o' clock today.
we said our goodbyes last night. still kind of in a daze!
we have been looking forward to slash dreading this day forever.
it has now come and gone.

elder gatchell is serving in rome, italy.
he couldnt be more excited.
our goodbye was emotional to say the least.
but up until the initial goodbye we held it together really well.
i didnt want him to be worring about me not being okay.
it was such a different feeling than saying goodbye to josh.
have i mentioned im sick of missions? cause i am.
but i really am so so proud of him.
i know he's doing the Lords work, what more could i ask for?

ironically he entered the mtc the exact year from graduation.
what an ideal thing to be doing one year from graduation.
im so lucky to have been a part of his life and have a best friend to
share all these special moments with.
