gossip girl season 4 has now begun. for sure the happiest 45 minutes of living here so far happened this morning when i watched the season premiere. nothing beats gossip girl.

the advice i got from josh this week was "go exploring. take at least one cool picture a day." so thats what i was set on doing today. i went downtown for lunch to see what i could find. i got distracted in a book store, nerdy me of course i did, and found two books that i cant wait to lose myself in.

next i found a little alleyway farmers market.

hello amazing. i would go there and buy something new everyday if i could.

my favorite discovery: williams sonoma

i could lose myself in that store for hours! im not even that great of a cook, but one day i want to own everything williams sonoma brand. the building makes it even better. so so pretty. i was so satisfied walking around admiring everything.

this is the little town square. right across the street from here is the train station that goes all the way downtown chicago.

and that right there is the toy store. how come i never had a toy store like that to go to growing up? overall i had an enjoyable afternoon exploring by myself.
